Cancellation Policy
Please understand that late cancellations are extremely difficult to fill. Planning and preparation go into all of our scheduling efforts to best accommodate our patients appointment needs as well as the needs of other patients. We require a minimum of 48 hours notice in the event you need to cancel your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee (50% of your scheduled service). Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours or no-showed appointments will be charged 100% of their scheduled service cost. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of their scheduled service charge.
